PLANT BASED BUILT ON FAITH
PLANT BASED BUILT ON FAITH
An essential oil is a concentrated hydrophobic liquid containing volatile aroma compounds from plants. Essential oils are also known as volatile oils, ethereal oils, aetherolea, or simply as the oil of the plant from which they were extracted, such as oil of clove. An oil is “essential” in the sense that it contains the “essence of” the plant’s fragrance[1]
Essential oils are generally extracted by distillation, often by using steam. Other processes include expression, solvent extraction, absolute oil extraction, resin tapping, and cold pressing. Essential oils have been used medicinally in history. Medical applications proposed by those who sell medicinal oils range from skin treatments to remedies for cancer and often are based solely on historical accounts of use of essential oils for these purposes.
Everything has an electrical frequency or vibration, including food, our bodies, and even disease that can be measured in Megahertz (MHz). Frequency is defined as a measurable rate of electrical flow that is constant between any two points.
Interestingly enough, the frequency of essential oils are actually some of the highest frequencies known to man. They create an environment in which disease, bacteria, virus, fungus, etc., cannot live and are several times greater than the frequencies of herbs and foods.
A healthy body, from head to foot, typically has a frequency ranging from 62 to 78 MHz, while disease begins at 58MHz. 42 MHz, is the same frequency as cancer
Other studies show that: Negative thoughts lower our frequency on average 12 MHz. Positive thoughts raises our frequency on average 10 MHz.
Bruce Tanio, of Tainio Technology and head of the Department of Agriculture at Eastern Washington University, has developed a Calibrated Frequency Monitor (CFM) that has been used to measure the frequencies of essential oils and their effect on human frequencies when applied to the body. —— Essential Oils laboratory uses a CFM, and another is located at Johns Hopkins University where it is used to study frequency in relationship to disease.
Frequency Of Foods: Fresh foods and herbs can actually be a bit higher if grown organically and eaten freshly picked): Fresh Foods 20 – 27 MHz, Fresh Herbs 20 -27 MHz, Dried Herbs 15 – 22 MHz, Processed/Canned Foods 0 MHz
Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils begin at 52 and go as high as 320 MHz! For example: Rose 320 MHz, Helichrysum 181 MHz, Frankincense 147 MHz, 134 MHz, Lavender 118 MHz, Myrrh 105 MHz, German Camomile 105 MHz, Juniper 98 MHz, Sandalwood 96 MHz, Angelica 85 MHz, Peppermint 78 MHz.

Lemon essential oil is a completely natural ingredient that also serves as a home health remedy. It’s extracted from the peel of fresh lemons using a “cold-pressing” process that pricks and rotates the peel as oil is released.
Lemon essential oil can be diluted and applied topically to your skin, as well as diffused into the air and inhaled. Some people swear by lemon essential oil as an ingredient that fights exhaustion, helps with depression, clears your skin, kills harmful viruses and bacteria, and reduces inflammation.
In recent years, the medical literature has started to catch up with the claims made by people who have used lemon essential oil for years. Read on to learn more about the benefits of lemon essential oil, possible side effects of using it, and more.
You may have noticed that when you use lemon-scented products for cleaning your home, you feel more relaxed and in a better mood afterward.
Of course, some of that might be the natural result of sprucing up your environment, but the actual scent of lemons probably plays a part in that calming feeling.
A
The same study concluded that lemon essential oil was more effective at relieving stress than other essential oils such as lavender and rose.
A small 2016 study found that lemon essential oil reduced anxiety among people after undergoing orthopedic surgery.
There are promising indicators that diffusing lemon essential oil has an effect on alleviating some symptoms of anxiety and depression.
If you have a cold or are experiencing a sore throat, lemon essential oil is a good home remedy to try.
Try setting up a diffuser with lemon oil to release its sweet, tangy scent in your room while you get some rest. The calming properties of lemon oil can help relax both your mind and the muscles in your throat.
There isn’t a lot of clinical data that backs up lemon oil aromatherapy with calming the common cold, but we do know that the vitamin C and antioxidant properties of lemon juice are of benefit when you just need to breathe a little easier.
It’s possible that the properties of lemon essential oil work in much the same way when you treat a sore throat with aromatherapy.
Lemon oil is one of several essential oils that can kill harmful bacteria that can grow on your skin.
In a recent
Other research has confirmed lemon essential oil’s effect against infection causing bacteria and may prevent skin inflammation, including a laboratory study conducted in 2017 and in vitro and in vivo research in 2018.
It also has protective properties, such as antioxidants, that may brighten and preserve your skin tone.
Lemon essential oil has powerful antifungal properties for treating certain skin overgrowths. In fact, a
You can safely use lemon essential oil by diffusing it or applying it topically.
To diffuse lemon essential oil, place three or four drops in the diffuser of your choice. Make sure you’re in a well-ventilated area, and limit your aromatherapy sessions to 30 minutes.
To use lemon essential oil topically, mix it well with a carrier oil of your choice.
Test the mixture on a small, inconspicuous area of your skin before you apply it somewhere sensitive, like your face. If after 24 hours you see redness or irritation, don’t use the mixture.
To avoid skin damage, make sure you wash off lemon oil before exposing your skin to sunlight.
Topical lemon essential oil is safe to apply directly on your skin — if you use a carrier oil. Carrier oils are noncorrosive, less-concentrated oils that won’t harm the outer layer of your skin.
To dilute essential oils safely, add about 12 drops of your essential oil to every ounce of your base, or carrier oil. Popular carrier oils include almond oil, jojoba oil, and coconut oil.
Essential oils aren’t food-grade products and aren’t tested by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety. Lemon essential oils contain unstable elements, which mean they can oxidize and eventually go bad.

Vanilla Essential Oil – An Exotic Scent with Endless Health Benefits
An ingredient used in ROIL OIL,ROIL SPICE,HAPPINESS, KRAVE
Vanilla is easily one of the most popular and recognizable scents and flavors in the world. Once among the most precious substances in the world, it has been a highly sought-after plant since the height of the Aztec empire.
Vanilla isn’t just a delicious flavor, however. In addition to a range of other mental and physical health benefits, it’s a powerful anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and relaxant.
A member of the orchid family, the vanilla plant (V. planifolia) is native to Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. Though many orchids are edible, vanilla is the only plant out of 25,000 orchid species that’s a cultivated food source.
The main active compound is vanillin, which gives off the smell and taste we associate with vanilla. The higher the concentration of vanillin, the better the health benefits. An ideal vanillin concentration in an essential oil is 20–25 percent.
Normally, food grade vanilla extract only contains two percent vanillin, so it won’t have the same effect as the essential oil. While vanillin accounts for about 85 percent of how vanilla smells and tastes, the other 15 percent comes from a combination of 130 other components, and variesby plant species and region of growth. That’s what makes the difference between Bourbon-Madagascar, Tahitian, and Mexican vanilla.4
Strictly speaking, there’s no such thing as vanilla essential oil. That’s because the extraction process for vanilla essence is different than the process for extracting essential oils, which are created through an expeller, steam distillation, or cold-pressing. Vanilla bean pods can’t be used in any of these extraction methods, so technically, there is no pure vanilla essential oil.
What there is, however, is pure vanilla extract by way of CO2 extraction or using a solvent like ethanol. When you’re choosing between these extracts, the higher the vanillin concentration, the more potent the product. So, when we discuss vanilla essential oil, keep in mind that we’re talking about products with a high concentration of vanillin—around 20 percent or higher— often in a carrier oil, which is extracted through a carbon dioxide process,5 or vanilla absolute, which uses alcohol to keep the thick extract properly diluted.6
An ingredient used in ROIL OIL,ROIL SPICE,HAPPINESS, KRAVE
Vanilla is widely-credited as a calming substance that creates positive associations and evokes feelings of warmth and happiness. That’s one of the primary reasons that vanilla is used in so many bath and body products: it evokes such a relaxing sensation.
The Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York has used vanilla aromatherapy during patient MRI scans for nearly 30 years based on the premise that the scent calms feelings of anxiety and claustrophobia.8
Vanilla works on both a physical and mental level to help you relax. It quiets the mind and relieves tension, so you’re lulled more easily to sleep. When used in a diffuser in the bedroom for a short period of time before bed, vanilla essential oil can help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.
Vanilla, especially on bedding pillows, has been shown to help you breathe easier at night because it promotes relaxation and affects the respiratory center in the brain.
The National Center for Scientific Research in France conducted a study in premature infants. It found significant improvement in sleep apnea when the infants slept on pillows containing vanillin.9
In lab trials, vanilla has been shown to significantly reduce the presence of harmful bacteria likeE. coli andListeria. Vanilla has also been shown to stop bacteria from spreading and joining with other kinds of bacteria. This is the leading cause for the development of treatment-resistant bacterial strains.10
These properties have been attributed to the action of the eugenol and vanillin hydroxybenzaldehyde found in vanilla essential oil.11
The molecular structure of vanilla essential oil is similar to that of human pheromones. These are chemical substances produced and released into the environment by animals. So, vanilla scents are definitely an attractor, encouraging increased levels of estrogen and testosterone.
Because vanilla essential oil has been shown to boost estrogen production, it can help alleviate symptoms of PMS like bloating, fatigue, and cramps, as well as better-regulate emotions.
Vanilla essential oil contains B vitamins that are important for healthy and shiny hair. Some people even say that it can help prevent hair loss! The niacin, thiamin, and pantothenic acid found in vanilla essential oil help promote skin health, keeping skin clear of acne and fending off free radical damage. It can also help prevent wrinkles, fine lines, and age spots.
Vanilla oil’s sedative effects on the body allow it to naturally lower blood pressure by relaxing the body and mind. High blood pressure is when the pressure on the arteries and blood vessels becomes too high and the arterial wall becomes distorted, causing extra stress on the heart. High blood pressure levels can put you at risk for having a stroke, heart attack and diabetes.
A major cause of high blood pressure is stress; by relaxing the muscles and mind, vanilla oil is able to lower blood pressure levels. Vanilla oil also helps you to get more sleep, which is another easy way to lower blood pressure levels. Vanilla oil serves as a natural remedy for high blood pressurebecause it also acts as an antioxidant, so it reduces oxidative stress and dilates the arteries.
Vanilla has been commonly used as a home remedy from the 17th century to fight anxiety and depression with nutrition. Vanilla oil has a calming effect on the brain, which helps with anger, insomnia, stress and anxiety.
A study published in the Indian Journal of Pharmacology found that vanillin, one of the main components of vanilla oil, demonstrated antidepressant activity in mice, which was comparable with fluoxetine, a medication that treats depression and obsessive compulsive disorder. The study concluded that because the vanillin was able to cause a significant reduction of immobility in the mice, as indicated in a forced swim test, the sedative properties make vanilla oil effective in naturally treating depression. An ingredient used in ROIL SPICE
Turmeric Essential Oil has a lengthy history as a medicine, spice and coloring agent, and turmeric essential oil is an extremely impressive natural health agent — one that has some of the most promising anticancer effects around. This isn’t surprising when you consider the fact that turmeric has at least 20 molecules that are antibiotic, 14 that are known cancer preventatives, 12 that are anti-tumor, 12 that are anti-inflammatory and that there are at least 10 different antioxidants in turmeric. Turmeric benefits also come from its health-promoting vitamins, phenols and other alkaloids.
Just like turmeric powder, turmeric oil is also anti-allergic, antibacterial, antimicrobial, antifungal, anti-parasitic, antiviral and anti-worm. It’s also a strong relaxant and balancer. In addition, according to Ayurvedic medicine, this energizing herb is meant to support the imbalance of Kapha body type.
Given all these beneficial components, it’s no surprise that turmeric essential oil holds the following health benefits.
The use of turmeric dates back nearly 4,000 years to the Vedic culture in India, where it was used in cooking as well as religious ceremonies. Turmeric most likely reached China by 700 A.D., East Africa by 800 A.D., West Africa by 1200 A.D. and Jamaica in the 18th century.
Wondering what is turmeric good for? Turmeric health benefits are truly amazing, ranging from working as a potential cancer-fighting food to an essential oil for depression. Here are some of the most impressive ways that turmeric essential oil can improve your health or the health of someone you know.
1. Helps Fight Colon Cancer
A 2013 study conducted by the Division of Food Science and Biotechnology, Graduate School of Agriculture at Kyoto University in Japan showed that the aromatic turmerone (ar-turmerone) in turmeric essential oil as well as curcumin, the main active ingredient in turmeric, both displayed the ability to help fight colon cancer in animal models, which is promising for humans struggling with the disease. The combination of curcumin and turmerone given by mouth at both low and high doses actually abolished tumor formation.
Study results published in BioFactors led researchers to the conclusion that turmerone is “a novel candidate for colon cancer prevention.” Additionally, they think that using turmerone in combination with curcumin may become a potent means of natural prevention of inflammation-associated colon cancer.
2. Helps Prevent Neurologic Diseases
Studies have shown that turmerone, a major bioactive compound of turmeric oil, inhibits microglia activation. Microglia are a type of cell located throughout the brain and spinal cord. Activation of microglia is a tell-tale sign of brain disease so the fact that turmeric essential oil contains a compound that stops this harmful cell activation is hugely helpful for the prevention and treatment of brain disease. 2
Another study using animal subjects showed that both in vitro and in vivo aromatic turmerone causes neural stem cells to rapidly increase in number. Turmeric essential oil’s aromatic turmerone is believed to be a promising natural way to support the regeneration necessary to improve neurologic diseases like Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, spinal cord injury and stroke. (3)
3. Potentially Treats Epilepsy
The anticonvulsant properties of turmeric oil and its sesquiterpenoids (ar-turmerone, α-, β-turmerone and α-atlantone) have previously been shown in both zebrafish and mouse models of chemically induced seizures. More recent research in 2013 has shown that aromatic turmerone has anticonvulsant properties in acute seizure models in mice. The turmerone was also able to modulate the expression patterns of two seizure-related genes in zebrafish. (4)
4. Aids in Reducing Arthritis and Joint Issues
Traditionally, turmeric has been used in Chinese and Indian Ayurvedic medicine to treat arthritis since turmeric’s active components are known to block inflammatory cytokines and enzymes. That’s why it’s known as one of the best essential oils for arthritis around.
Studies have shown turmeric’s ability to help reduce pain, inflammation and stiffness related to rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. One study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry evaluated the anti-arthritic effects of turmeric essential oil and found that crude turmeric essential oil given orally at a dose that would correspond to 5,000 milligrams per day in humans had a modest anti-inflammatory effect on the joints of animal subjects. (5)
5. Improves Liver Health
Turmeric is well-known in the holistic health world for its ability to help improve liver health. The liver is our most vital detoxifying organ, and its condition affects the entire body. Studies have shown that turmeric is hepatoprotective (liver-protective), which is partly due to turmeric’s anti-inflammatory activity. Some research published in BMC Complementary & Alternative Medicine specifically looked at methotrexate (MTX), an antimetabolite broadly used in the treatment of cancer and autoimmune diseases, and the liver toxicity caused by MTX. The study showed that turmeric helped protect the liver from MTX-induced liver toxicity, working as a preventative liver cleanse. The fact that turmeric could protect the liver from such a strong chemical goes to show just how incredible it can be as a natural liver aid. (6)
Additionally, animal studies have shown that antioxidant enzymes in the blood and serum of subjects were increased after administration of turmeric oil, and turmeric oil also showed a significant effect on the antioxidant enzymes in liver tissue of mice after treatment for 30 days. (7) All of this combined contributes to why turmeric is believed to both help treat and prevent liver disease.
6. Helps Combat Breast Cancer
Research published in the Journal of Cellular Biochemistry showed that the aromatic turmerone found in turmeric essential oil inhibited undesirable enzymatic activity and expression of MMP-9 and COX-2 in human breast cancer cells. Turmerone also significantly inhibited TPA-induced invasion, migration and colony formation in human breast cancer cells. It’s a highly significant finding that components of turmeric essential oil can inhibit TPA’s abilities since TPA is a potent tumor promoter. (8)
7. May Reduce Some Leukemia Cells
One study published in the International Journal of Molecular Medicine looked at the the effects of aromatic turmerone isolated from turmeric on the DNA of human leukemia cell lines. The research showed that the turmerone caused selective induction of programmed cell death in human leukemia Molt 4B and HL-60 cells. However, the turmerone unfortunately did not have the same positive effect on human stomach cancer cells. This is promising research for ways to naturally fight leukemia. (9)
8. Relieves Depression and Anxiety
Turmeric essential oil is considered to be a strong relaxant and balancer, and studies have shown that it can help fight against two extremely common mood disorders, depression and anxiety. As an effective essential oil for anxiety and depression, it can improve mood and positive feelings.
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of 56 individuals with major depressive disorder was published in 2014 in the Journal of Affective Disorders. Results from the study showed that supplementation with BCM-95 curcumin not only successfully reduced the overall symptoms of depression, but it also worked as an anti-anxiety agent when taken over a period of eight weeks. BCM-95 curcumin is manufactured by synergistically combining curcumin and essential oil of turmeric without synthetic additives. (10)
9. Improves the Common Cold
Turmeric essential oil’s anti-inflammatory ability can really come in handy for the nasal congestion that typically accompanies the common cold. Simply add a few drops of turmeric oil to a diffuser or bowl of hot water and inhale the vapors to quickly alleviate that stuffy nose. Inhaling turmeric essential oil also helps fight the germs that caused your cold in the first place.
The most abundant components of turmeric essential oil are aromatic turmerone (25.3 percent), a-tumerone (18.3 percent) and curlone (12.5 percent). Other constituents include caryophyllene (2.26 percent), eucalyptol (1.60 percent) and a-phellandrene (0.42 percent). (11) These components of turmeric essential oil make it extremely potent when it comes naturally fighting an impressive variety of serious health concerns.
Ginger Essential Oil — Reduces Inflammation & Nausea
An ingredient used in TUMEZ and ROIL SPICE
The health benefits of ginger essential oil are nearly identical to the medicinal health benefits of fresh ginger; in fact, the most potent form of ginger is the essential oil because it contains the highest levels of gingerol. The essential oil is the best way to use ginger as medicine. It can be taken internally to treat health conditions or rubbed topically with a carrier oil on an area of pain.
Today, ginger essential oil is used to treat nausea, upset stomach, menstrual disorders, inflammation and respiratory conditions. When used as aromatherapy, it’s also known to bring on feelings of courageousness and self-assurance, which is why it’s known as “the oil of empowerment.”
Ginger is part of the plant family that includes turmeric and cardamom, both exceptionally beneficial to your health and wellness. It has a sweet, spicy, woody and warm scent. Ginger essential oil is a warming essential oil that works as an antiseptic, laxative, tonic and stimulant.
Of the 115 different chemical components found in ginger root, the therapeutic benefits come from gingerols, the oily resin from the root that acts as a highly potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. Ginger essential oil is also made up of about 90 percent sesquiterpenes, which are defensive agents that have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
The bioactive ingredients in ginger essential oil, especially gingerol, have been thoroughly evaluated clinically, and the research suggests that ginger should be used on a regular basis — it has the ability to cure an array of conditions and diseases and unlocks countless essential oil uses and benefits.
Ginger essential oil is one of the best natural remedies for colic, indigestion, diarrhea, spasms, stomach aches and even vomiting. Ginger oil is also effective as a nausea natural remedy.
A 2015 animal study published in the Journal of Basic and Clinical Physiology and Pharmacology evaluated the gastroprotective activity of ginger essential oil in rats. Ethanol was used to induce gastric ulcer in Wistar rats; the ginger essential oil treatment inhibited the ulcer by 85 percent. Examinations showed that ethanol-induced lesions, such as necrosis, erosion and hemorrhage of the stomach wall, were significantly reduced after the oral administration of the essential oil. (1)
A scientific review published in Evidence-Based Complimentary and Alternative Medicine evaluated the efficacy of essential oils in reducing stress and nausea after surgical procedures. When ginger essential oil was inhaled, it was effective in reducing nausea and the requirement for nausea-reducing medications after surgery. Ginger essential oil also demonstrated analgesic activity for a limited time — it helped to relieve pain immediately after surgery. (2)
Ginger essential oil works as an antiseptic agent that kills infections caused by microorganisms and bacteria. This includes intestinal infections, bacterial dysentery and food poisoning. It has also proven in lab studies to have antifungal properties.
An in vitro study published in the Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Diseases found that ginger essential oil compounds were effective against Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus. Ginger oil was also able to inhibit the growth of Candida albicans. (3)
Aids Respiratory Problems
Ginger essential oil removes mucus from the throat and lungs, and it’s known as natural remedy for colds, the flu, coughs, asthma, bronchitis and also loss of breath. Because it’s an expectorant, ginger essential oil signals the body to increase the amount of secretions in the respiratory tract, which lubricates the irritated area. (4)
Studies have shown that ginger essential oil serves as a natural remedy for asthmapatients. Asthma is a respiratory illness that causes bronchial muscle spasms, swelling of lung lining and increased mucus production. This leads to the inability to breathe easily. This can be caused by pollution, obesity, infections, allergies, exercise, stress or hormonal imbalances. Because of ginger essential oil’s anti-inflammatory properties, it reduces swelling in the lungs and helps open airways.
A study conducted by researchers at Columbia University Medical Center and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry found that ginger and its active components caused a significant and rapid relaxation of human airway smooth muscles. Researchers concluded that compounds found in ginger may provide a therapeutic option for patients with asthma and other airway diseases either alone or in combination with other accepted therapeutics, such as beta2-agonists. (5)
Ginger essential oil has the power to reduce cholesterol levels and blood clotting. According to the University of Maryland Medical Center, a few preliminary studies suggest that ginger may lower cholesterol and help prevent blood from clotting, which can help treat heart disease, where blood vessels can become blocked and lead to heart attack or stroke.
Along with reducing cholesterol levels, ginger oil also appears to improve lipid metabolism, helping decrease the risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
An animal study published in the Journal of Nutrition found that when mice consumed ginger extract for a 10-week period, it resulted in significant reductions in plasma triglycerides and LDL cholesterol levels. (8)
And a 2016 study shows that when dialysis patients consumed 1,000 milligrams of ginger daily for a 10-week period, they collectively displayed significant decreases in serum triglyceride levels by up to 15 percent when compared to the placebo group. (9)
Ginger root contains a very high level of total antioxidants. Antioxidants are substances that help prevent certain types of cell damage, especially those caused by oxidation; oxidative damage plays a major role in disease today and has been linked to health conditions like heart disease, cancer and dementia.
Ginger essential oil increases sexual desire; it addresses issues such as impotence and loss of libido. Impotence, also known as erectile dysfunction, is the inability for a man to sustain an erection long enough for normal, satisfying sexual intercourse; the causes may be physiological or psychological.
Because of its warming and stimulating properties, ginger essential oil serves as an effective and natural aphrodisiac, as well as a natural remedy for impotence. It also helps to relieve stress and brings forth feelings of courage and self-awareness — eliminating self-doubt and fear. (12)
When used as aromatherapy, ginger essential oil is able to relieve feelings of anxiety, anxiousness, depression and exhaustion. The warming quality of ginger oil serves as a sleep aid and stimulates feelings of courage and ease.
In Ayurvedic medicine, ginger oil is believed to treat emotional problems like fear, abandonment, and lack of self-confidence or motivation.
A study published in ISRN Obstetrics and Gynecology found that when women suffering from PMS received two ginger capsules daily from seven days before menstruation to three days after menstruation, for three cycles, they experienced a reduction of severity of mood and behavioral symptoms. (13)
And according to a lab study conducted in Switzerland, ginger essential oil activated the human serotonin receptor, which may be able to help relieve anxiety. (14)
Because of its pain-fighting components, like zingibain, ginger essential oil provides relief from menstrual cramps, headaches, backaches and soreness. Research suggests that consuming a drop or two of ginger essential oil daily is more effective in treating muscle and joint painthan the painkillers that are given by general practitioners — this is because of its ability to reduce inflammation and increase circulation.
In a study done at the University of Georgia, a daily ginger supplement reduced exercise-induced muscle pain in 74 participants by 25 percent. (15)
Ginger oil is also effective when taken by patients with pain associated with inflammation. A study conducted by researchers at Miami Veterans Affairs Medical Center and University of Miami found that when 261 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee took a ginger extract twice daily, they experienced less pain and needed fewer pain-killing medications than those who received placebo. (16)
Peppermint Oil Uses
An ingredient in ANTI, TUMEZ & DeCongest
Peppermint oil is one of the most versatile essential oils out there. It can be used aromatically, topically and internally to address a number of health concerns, from muscles aches and seasonal allergy symptoms, to low energy and digestive complaints. It’s also commonly used to boost energy levels and improve both skin and hair health.
According to a review conducted by the USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University, peppermint has significant antimicrobial and antiviral activities.
