Frankincense/Boswellia Carterii- oil is made from the resin of the Boswellia tree. It has a musky, sweet aroma that’s thought to ease anxiety. According to a  study, an aromatherapy hand massage using a blend of frankincense, sandalwood, and bergamot improved anxiety, depression, and pain in people with terminal cancer.

Sandalwood- oil comes from the wood and roots of Santalum album, or the East Indian sandalwood tree. This is one of the most valuable trees in the world. Sandalwood’s scent also makes it a popular choice for perfumes and aromatherapy. In aromatherapy, aromatic oils are used to promote mental and physical health outcomes.

Grapeseed -Grapeseed oil contains high levels of vitamin E, which has high antioxidant properties, and has shown to contribute to the reduction of damaged cells from free radicals in the body. There are many uses of grapeseed oil for the skin, especially on the face. Because it contains high levels of vitamin E, this oil may contribute to better skin and reducing UV damage.

How to use: Apply to areas of skin where, dry or wherever you want to be sniffed!
